Long-term support

Our products are designed for many years of intensive use – and that’s exactly how we approach our service, too.

We recommend having your system checked every 3 to 5 years.
All maintenance and functional inspections are carried out exclusively by us in Switzerland – professionally, reliably, and with technical expertise straight from the development team.

2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty

All Girsberger products come with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty, starting from the date of purchase as shown on the dealer invoice.

Not covered:

  • Damage caused by drops or accidents

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage due to improper handling

In the event of a warranty claim, we’ll repair or replace your device immediately – with no hassle.

Performed warranty services do not extend the warranty period and do not start a new warranty term.
